Overview

The German export control legislation is composed of two mail elements: the Kriegswaffenkontrollgesetz for defence-related products on the one side, the Aussenwirtschaftsgesetz and Aussenwirtschaftsverordnung for dual-use items on the other side.

Sanctions implementation is regulated by a specific law.
