Introductory formula

On the basis of § 23 of the Act on the Control of War Weapons of 20 April 1961 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 444), as amended by the Introductory Act to the Act on Administrative Offences of 24 May 1968 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 503) in conjunction with § 36 para. 3 of the Act on Administrative Offences of 24 May 1968 (Federal Law Gazette I p. 481), it is hereby decreed:

§ 1

(1) The competence of the Federal Minister of Economics to prosecute and punish administrative offences under section 18 of the War Weapons Control Act is transferred to the Federal Office of Industrial Affairs.

(2) The competence of the Federal Minister of Finance to prosecute and punish administrative offences under section 18 of the War Weapons Control Act shall be transferred to the main customs offices with local jurisdiction.

§ 2

This Ordinance shall enter into force on the day following its promulgation.
