Ministerial Decree of 24 July 2019 on the appointment of the members of the inter-ministerial coordination group on export control

Art. 1 ^er .

Shall be appointed as members of the inter-ministerial coordination group on export control for a term of office of two years, starting on 1 August 2019:

Minister responsible for Foreign Trade

Mr Stéphane AUMER, full member

Mr Guy KAES, deputy member

Minister responsible for Foreign Affairs

Mr Frank BRAUN, full member

Mr Steve HOSCHEIT, deputy member

Minister responsible for Finance

Mr Arsène JACOBY, full member

Mrs Polyxeni KOTOULA, deputy member

Minister responsible for the State Intelligence Service

Mr Charles THIBO, full member

Mr Francisco FREIRE, deputy member

Minister responsible for the Customs and Excise Administration

Mr Yves LENTZ, full member

Mr Marco HURT, deputy member

Minister responsible for Justice

Mrs Catherine OLINGER, full member

Mr Luc REDING, deputy member

Art. 2.

This decree shall be published in the Official Journal of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg.

A copy shall be sent to the persons concerned to serve as a receipt.
